
The Musto Repair Service
Musto products are manufactured using quality products and innovative designs. Even so, they are not indestructible and they will
not last for ever.
Repairs made necessary by normal wear and tear or accidental damage can often be carried out through the Musto Repair Service. Repairs are chargeable and estimated quotes are available upon request.
Fixed quotes for repairs will only be offered after we have inspected the item.
By having your garment repaired by the Musto Repair Service, you can be sure that the integrity of the garment is preserved.
The Musto Repair Service Guarantee
Most repairs carried out by the Musto repair team will be guaranteed for a period of one year. Before we undertake a repair, we
will advise you by e-mail:
- if we regard the damage to be irreparable; or
- if our repair will be guaranteed for less than our usual one year period (and we will explain why).
If it is a wear and tear part on the garment, it is likely that it will need to be replaced accordingly at a later stage.
Should any repair fail to perform within our guarantee period we will re-assess the repair upon its own merit. In such circumstances, reserve the right to either:
- perform the repair again; or
- refund to you the cost of the repair.

Organising your Repair
If you wish to return an item for repair please post it to the address below, marked Claims Department with full details of the issue and your contact details. We also suggest you obtain a proof of posting certificate from your post office.
Before we repair your garment, we will confirm to you by e-mail the agreed cost.
Your Musto product is at your risk during transit (both to and from our premises). We do not accept responsibility for any goods returned to us that are damaged or lost in transit. You should consider insuring your item in transit.
